Orders
Thank you again for choosing American Sport Bike. Our goal is for you to be satisfied with each and every purchase you make. We will expedite each order that we receive. We make it easy for your to order by choosing one several different ways to order: by phone, mail, fax, email or online.

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m., PST. Saturday by appointment only.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders for prepaid orders. We do not charge your card until we ship (unless a special order is required) and we do not ship until payment is received. YOUR BILLING ADDRESS MUST BE THE ADDRESS THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL IS SENT TO, or we can not process the order payment and delays will result. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s to foreign countries, etc. or P.O. boxes. Refusal of a C.O.D. requires prepayment for future orders.

First Time orders must be sent to the credit card billing address as a fraud prevention measure. We CAN send to an alternate address on first time orders, but additional proof of card ownership may be required.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping and handling costs are in addition to the item cost, and are calculated when we package the order. We use UPS Ground for domestic orders unless otherwise specified. The shipping amount displayed in the web order is NOT accurate, it is only there to allow you to select the method (i.e., ground, 3 day, 2 day, 1 day, etc). We charge what UPS charges us, rounded up to the nearest even dollar invoice amount. Shipping is NOT a profit center for American Sport Bike. The web site doesn’t charge your card, we do that offline once the package is packed, weighed, and measured. If you need to know exactly what we’ll charge on the card PRIOR to us charging it, put that request in the order comments and we’ll send you the final amount for your approval prior to charging.

International Shipping
USPS Express Mail International is used for international orders, unless otherwise requested. The delivery cost shown on the web orders is NOT accurate at all, disregard it. Delivery time is typically 6-9 days to most destinations. Shipping costs are added to the final order total. The web site doesn’t charge your card, we do that offline once the package is packed, weighed, and measured. If you need to know exactly what we’ll charge on the card PRIOR to us charging it, put that request in the order comments and we’ll send you the final amount for your approval prior to charging. An up-to processing fee may be added to all international orders due to the amount of time it takes to process all the customs paperwork and hand deliver to the Post Office. Import Duty Fees are not collected and are between you and your countries customs agency. Total shall be payable in U.S. funds only. We must include an invoice on each package, and we will NOT declare the contents as a gift or for a fraudulent amount. Please don't ask us to, we won't do it.

Minimum Order
It is not cost effective for you or for us to process very small orders. The Domestic Order minimum pre-shipping invoice amount is $ 20.00. The International orders minimum pre-shipping invoice amount is $ 50.00.

Shipping Information
You must include your full name as shown on your charge card statements with a physical address. UPS will NOT ship to Domestic P.O. Boxes; physical street addresses only. First Time orders must be shipped to the Billing address, OR, you must fax us a copy of your drivers license and credit card or CC statement.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours via UPS Ground. We reserve the right to make a final decision as to which method is best. Fed EX or UPS Air is also available with additional charges, should you need faster service. Saturday deliveries also available. All shipping and handling charges are the customer's responsibility, along with C.O.D. fees, insurance, and customs, if applicable. C.O.D. shipments must be paid by cashiers check or money order. (Cash is no longer accepted by drivers.) Alaska, Hawaii and foreign countries have different circumstances. Please call if you have any questions. No C.O.D.'s to APO, FPO, or foreign countries. Shipping costs on larger items will be driven by dimension, rather than weight, as will 3-day, 2-day or next-day air service. If you provide us with an email address, UPS will notify you with a tracking number when we ship your package. International orders are shipped using USPS Express Mail International. International shipping costs can be somewhat high, expecially for large or heavy packages, please inquire prior to ordering. A tracking number on USPS international orders can be provided but is not automatically sent.

We will ship with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED unless you ask us to do differently. Once delivered to the premises, the package is YOUR responsibility. If you need it not left at the house, you MUST request SIGNATURE REQUIRED in the order comments. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES STOLEN FROM YOUR PORCH!!!

Taxes
We are required to collect Sales Tax on all orders shipped to California addresses. The web site always shows a 8.25% tax, but we will charge the tax rate for the tax district the delivery address is in. No taxes are collected on out-of-state delivery orders. Any tax you might owe to your local tax agency is your responsibility, we do not collect out-of-state taxes. No international Duty taxes are collected. International Customers may be responsible for additional charges collected by the Customs Agency for their respective country. We have no visibility of your country's Import tax structures and requirements.

Special Orders
All specials must be prepaid in advance, and are not returnable due to their nature. Please allow sufficient time to process specials. Warranted for workmanship and defects only.

Damaged Goods
Please notify carrier A.S.A.P. Keep all packaging materials, boxes, boards, etc. Carrier will then come out to your place and inspect the damaged goods. They then will notify us with a claim number.

Shortages
Notify us within three days of receiving goods, so that we may satisfy your order in a prompt manner. DO NOT THROW AWAY PACKING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU KNOW YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE. We get an amazing number of calls indicating that something is missing, only to have it found in the box still.

Returns
A return goods authorization is required prior to returning parts. Please call to get a return authorization within 30 days of original invoice. Restocking fees of up to 20% may be charged at our discretion. All parts must be as new, re-sellable and not installed, with instruction sheets, hardware and in the original packaging, with original invoice. Returns must be pre-paid freight and insured; no C.O.D.'s. Special orders are not returnable along with electrical items, opened books, videos, decals, and carb kits.

Cores/Exchanges
Cores must be returned within 21 days from date of purchase. Core charges are not refundable after 21 days. Please note: American Sport Bike reserves the right to make final determination as to acceptability of core. Use your common sense. If you wouldn't want the part you want to return used to build the one put on YOUR bike, well, we can't use it. The core program is not designed to take your useless junk.

Applicability
We try to provide guidance on which parts can fit on which models. But the ultimate suitability of the part for YOUR bike must be determined by YOU. Some parts that we sell aren't compatible with other aftermarket parts, and we can't keep track of which modifications you have performed on YOUR bike. If in doubt, ASK PRIOR to us sending you something

Warranty/Liability
We want you to be satisfied with the parts you purchase from us. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please let us know immediately what we can do to correct the situation. Our guarantee is limited to replacement of parts, provided that they were not abused, misinstalled, or neglected. We are not liable for any labor charges or damages, or injuries of any kind, due to the mis-application or improper installation of products purchased from us. End user accepts full responsibility for any injuries of any kind. End user accepts full responsibility for merchantability and fitness. Every effort has been made to ensure proper application. If the application or suitability of any product offered is not clear, please inquire prior to purchasing. Motorcycles are inherently dangerous to operate. Modifying your motorcycle to non-OEM specifications may increase that danger. Do not purchase or install parts from American Sport Bike if you are not willing to assume all risk of use.

There is no connection between American Sport Bike Parts & Accessories and Buell. There is no connection between American Sport Bike Parts & Accessories and Harley-Davidson Inc. and or the Buell Motor Company. The words: Buell, S1 Lightning, S1W White Lightning, X1 Lightning, Thunderstorm, S2 Thunderbolt, S2T Thunderbolt, S3 Thunderbolt, S3T Thunderbolt, M2 Cyclone, Blast, XB9R/XB12R Firebolt, XB9S/XB12S Lightning, CityX, Ulysses, and 1125R are the trademarks of Harley Davidson/Buell.
