9059HH, 9060, 9170, 9058HH - 03-10 XB Front 6 Pot Nissin Caliper Brake Pads

Brake pads for Nissin 6 Pot Perimeter Caliper used on 03-10 XB series Buells with the 6 piston ZTL caliper. Certain 09+ models now use the 8 piston ZTL2 caliper, see #9260/9261/9262 for those. 9060 Lyndall Gold+ for excellent grip with progressive feel, highly recommended for the street, not recommended for race use or for those that like a hair trigger pad response. 9048HH (Galfer 1370), 9059HH (EBC) or 9170 (Ferodo) sintered pads for long pad life with greater initial bite on stainless rotors. Sintered pads wear better and handle track heat better, but have less progressive feel and are harder on the disc. Lyndalls will wear a little faster but have better feel, are easier on the disc, and tend to produce an even deposition layer with no front end pulsing. #9058T have the same compound as the #9058HH, but add a ceramic layer to the back of the pad backing plate for better thermal performance. #9059-Race EBC GFA345 Race Only pads should only be used on the track as they need lots of heat to work well.
