16086 - Turn Signal Flasher, LED

Turn signal flasher for all applications, including LED or othe low current consumption turn signals. 3 Pin ISO pin out as used on all 98 and later Buells (pre-98 uses 2 pin flasher, this won?t work). Conventional flashers flash fast when the current is low. Cars use this as a bulb out notification, but us cyclists want normal flash rates with small turn signals. This flasher provides this without having to resort to load equalizers.
