16086 - Turn Signal Flasher, LED

Turn signal flasher for LED or the low current consumption turn signals. 3 Pin ISO pin out as used on all 98 and later Buells (NOT 1125, the flash function is in the cluster on those, and pre-98 Buells use a round 2 pin flasher). Conventional flashers flash fast when the current is low. Cars use this as a bulb out notification, but us cyclists want normal flash rates with LED or smaller wattage turn signals. This flasher provides this without having to resort to load equalizers. Note: you'll likely lose the bulb-out notification by using this. You won't be able to tell if a turn signal isn't working by looking at the flash rate. Not really a big deal on a motorcycle, though it is a DOT requirement for the OEM manufacturers to have bulb-out notification.
